 Flexible ticket options

This year, you can select from 3 flexible booking options designed to make things simple and reduce your admin time.

All-Inclusive Delegate Package - £300pp

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we’ve introduced a 24-hour delegate package that simplifies booking and reduces your admin burden. This all-inclusive package at £300pp (excl. VAT) includes:

  • Event attendance on both event days (noon-to-noon, 18+19 November)

  • Overnight hotel accommodation (with B&B) on event night one (18 November)

  • Bookable workshops/training sessions for your product(s)

  • Event refreshments (both days)

  • A buffet lunch (day one)

  • A pre-dinner drinks reception (day one)

  • A formal three-course evening dinner and drinks, with an expanded customer awards ceremony (day one)

  • An after-dinner social gathering in the bar, with a generous pre-set bar tab (day one)

  • Evening private coach transfer to and from the FSC to our designated off-site all-inclusive overnight accommodation (night one)

  • A special goodie bag at the event close (day two)

Accommodation

We have two accommodation options for November 18 (which are booked/allocated on a first-come, first-served basis as part of your delegate package).

One is on-site, and the other is off-site, allowing you to choose which is most convenient for your needs.

  • On-site accommodation: Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh - single occupancy, B&B.

  • Off-site accommodation: The Cotswold Hotel & Spa, Chipping Norton - single occupancy, B&B.

You will be able to select your preferred option in the form below.

Daytime Event + Evening Package - £180pp

To support guests who do not wish to stay overnight (or prefer to book their own accommodation independently), we have introduced a Day + Evening attendance package at £180pp (excl. VAT). It includes:

  • Event attendance on both event days (18+19 November)

  • Bookable workshops/training sessions for your product(s)

  • Event refreshments (both days)

  • A buffet lunch (day one)

  • A pre-dinner drinks reception (day one)

  • A formal three-course evening dinner and drinks, with an expanded customer awards ceremony (day one)

  • An after-dinner social gathering in the bar, with a generous pre-set bar tab (day one)

  • A special goodie bag at the event close (day two)

Event Day Delegate Only - £120pp

To support guests who wish to attend only the daytime event, we have a day delegate attendance ticket at £120pp (excl. VAT). It includes:

  • Attendance on both event days (18+19 November)

  • Bookable workshop/training session attendance for your product(s)

  • Event refreshments both days

  • A buffet lunch on day one

  • A special goodie bag at the event close on day two

 

Payment terms

Your registration is confirmed once we have received payment in full, either by credit card at the time of booking or by including your PO number for invoicing.

Cancellation terms

We understand plans can change, so while we cannot offer refunds once a booking is confirmed (as we are directly contracted with the venue and the hotels against a set number of delegates), you can transfer your booking to a replacement delegate within your organisation.

These recordings and images may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes in print and digital media. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event staff upon arrival or contact us at hello@learnprogroup.com before the event. If you request it, we will do our best to exclude you from group/general scenes, but we cannot guarantee this due to the event's large-scale, free-flowing nature.
