How it works

The LearnPro Group Customer Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of our users and the innovative ways they apply our products. In 2026, we are expanding this initiative to allow even more customers to showcase their success and share best practices with peers across the LearnPro community. To enter, you must complete our case study entry process and pro-forma template by Monday, 31 August 2026.

Awards and prizes

There is an award for the best deployment across each of our LearnPro Group products (FireWatch, Prevent + Protect, XVR, RiVR, Ignis, learnPro, pdrPro and Redkite), and one for the best multi-product/department/agency project, allowing you to showcase your success to peers and employers. We will also name one overall winner as the 2026 Deployment of the Year. So, it's all to play for!

The winners in each product category and our 'champion of champions' will be announced at the 2026 OneLPG User Conference. Winners receive a coveted award, and the overall winner of 2026 Deployment of the Year will receive 4 all-inclusive tickets to the 2027 LearnPro Group User Conference for their organisation.

Filming

We want to capture this amazing moment! We will have a film crew on-site, and winning organisations will be asked to feature in video testimonials. Filming will take place on November 19 at the Fire Service College from 12noon-15:00 once the conference closes. Please take this filming slot into account when planning your return travel.
